With all the supply chain issues, this really felt like a walk in the park. The whole process right from choosing the vehicle to financing and driving it off the lot was a breeze thanks to Alex. That alone would be been enough to give him a 5 star rating, but I think what Alex did afterwards was truly remarkable : the car had a stain because of a pipe leak in our garage and Alex personally made sure that everything was perfect by getting us contacted with the Service Department. I cannot recommend Alex and the other folks at Audi Meadowlands enough. More

Alex Kyriakou at Audi Meadownlands is one of the best Brand Specialists out there! In fact, his ratings were the primary reason I went to this dealership and insisted on working with him (versus any oth Brand Specialists out there! I worked with Alex on customizing my order for a 2022 Audi A6 Allroad. Although it took a year for the factory to build and deliver the vehicle (supply chain / pandemic issues), he never waivered or pressured me on cancelling the order and taking possession of a vehicle on the lot. Alex is the consummate professional - he guided me thru all options and honestly + sincerely explained all. He walked through all technology questions, gave short cuts and explained pros + cons. Very attentive to my needs, wants + desires on building the Allroad. Knowledgeable, competent and honest. Picked up my A6 last week and he's been in constant touch on features, tweaking, registration, etc. He's the best and a true ambassador for the Audi brand and I am thrilled with my A6 Allroad!
