I t It was time for me to invest in a new (used) car. I got help from Fredy R. with test driving a couple of cars and was introduced to the Kia Forte. I took another day to research and test drive a few other cars and came back to try out one of the 2018 Forte which had low mileage and was Kia certified. Cliff R. helped answer my many questions about the benefits of purchasing this car (I bought my previous car from him 3.5 years ago). He had a stellar ability to give a knowledgeable sales pitch for the car. I decided to buy this car due to its great bang for its buck, and Cliff and Alex L. guided me through the car purchase process. Towards the end, Jacob P. finalized my choices and introduced me to the extra products like extended warranty and insurance. I was not familiar with the workings of these extra products so I had a lot of questions and concerns, which Jacob took his time to explain though verbal and visual means. He even gave me a small tour of the facilities and we had a talk with Ben G. to better understand the helpfulness of having the extended warranty. Cliff and Jacob took their time and were patient to ensure that I was comfortable with the choice I made. Buying this car was the most expensive purchase I've made, so I wanted to ensure that it was the right one. The people at Russ Darrow, especially Cliff and Jacob, made the effort of choosing this car a worthwhile one. More
