Alex was great during the process of leasing a new audi for me. I went to three different audi dealerships and was told No. I came to Alex on a Tuesday afternoon and he took care of me. Alex was awesome! He was patient, informative and took the time to make sure I got the car I wanted. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Usually, I feel pressured by car sales the time to make sure I got the car I wanted. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Usually, I feel pressured by car salesman, but Alex's relaxed, friendly style made me comfortable from the moment I walked into the showroom. When the exact configuration wasn't available at the lot, he immediately found the Q5 I wanted at a nearby dealership. When the car came in, he gave me a tour of the car and the electronics and made sure I knew what I needed to make driving away a seamless experience. I can't recommend him enough! More
