As expected, my order was handled with all the exceptional experience that I expected, and Alex Max was a pleasure with whom to work over the past year. Despite the challenges presented by global supply chain issues and the boutique nature of the “S” series vehicles, I was kept informed and confident that I would receive the car exactly as specified. The delivery experience was outstanding, spending multiple hours in the vehicle and reviewing the various features — and there are *a lot* of features on the S6. I would highly recommend Alex and Audi Silver Spring to anyone considering buying an Audi. More

I have know Alex for many years and he sold my father his first Audi and we have kept in touch of the years from dealership to dealership. Fast forward till now and I purchased my first Audi from Alex too a first Audi and we have kept in touch of the years from dealership to dealership. Fast forward till now and I purchased my first Audi from Alex too a 2024 Audi Q3. Alex was very helpful and kind throughout the entire transaction. I truly appreciated all of his time and assistance with this purchase. I also appreciated that Alex did not pressure me in anyway to purchase the new Audi. The dealership was exceptional as well as the people in it. Great customer service support as well as a great atmosphere. They were very welcoming and did anything they could to accommodate me.
