The app did not let me approve the requests that needed to be installed prior to registration renewal. The lady couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working & I had to walk out after waiting for over an hour to be installed prior to registration renewal. The lady couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working & I had to walk out after waiting for over an hour to let her know that I couldn’t approve, so she did it on her end and then could proceed but it held up the service and caused me to wait longer. The system is completely a joke also for scheduling & the numbers to call for this dealership are all wrong and direct customers to the wrong place. More
