ZERO communication skills. My jeep sat in their service lot for 2.5 MONTHS waiting on them to decide what to do. Even then I had to call to find out it was fixed and had been for over a week!!!! Had one single paint chip from a door ding, now there are several, all from their service lot. Customers don’t go in there. This is how they treat customers and their cars. I guess they forgot without customers, they are just an empty parking lot…. I will not have any further interactions with any Southern dealership. More
