Well , where should I start . I had my Dodge Ram towed to the dealership because it would not start , even after AAA put a new battery . That was on Monday morning . I waited and I had my Dodge Ram towed to the dealership because it would not start , even after AAA put a new battery . That was on Monday morning . I waited and waited and waited to be called . Tuesday passed and still no call . I did call the dealership and left a voicemail , cause no one would answer the phone . Still no call back . Wednesday morning , I called and spoke to the service manager . He got the ball rolling cause I got two calls back asking me how they could help . I explained the situation and finally after 3 days of waiting , Chris called me back and told me they had checked my truck and found that it indeed needed a new battery . He quoted me a price of a little over $400 for the battery . I know you have to make a profit , but really $400 for a battery . I agreed to the quote , had very little choice at this point . Waited another day to be called to let me know that my truck was ready . I finally called and got Chris on the phone . He told me the truck was ready and he had been trying to call me . I explained that even if I had not been home , which I was , I had an answering machine and there was no message on it from him . Finally on Friday , I picked up my truck and paid the bill . Let it be known , that I was NOT a happy camper over the entire ordeal . Only good part about the entire ordeal was that the cashier was very nice and gave me a senior discount . I have had issues with this dealership in the past , but since I bought the truck there , I have used them for my service . Guess , I might have to rethink that . Thanks for reading this . Originally made an appointment for September 11th at 7:45am called through out the day and was getting no response , called a few days after and didn’t hear anything until Thursday . Agreed to get the problem fixed , but wasn’t able to get my vehicle due to me having to get a procedure done and that was explained , so when I was able to get my car after paying $545.00 my car wouldn’t start . I was told it was because of my battery and it wasn’t my battery wasn’t even a month old and then I was told , it was because my car was sitting for two weeks when that shouldn’t have been the case my car literally got fixed! So in all reality after paying that , my car wasn’t really fixed until after paying the amount I paid and then my car got fixed . My front light was also damaged and I reached out to the tow company and was advised my light didn’t look like that in their care when my car was getting towed to southern . I’ve asked southern about it and no explanation only we can take a look at it More
