Fantastic customer service. I called, interacted with the AI phone bot and my service advisor called back to ensure I had all my questions answered. I also received an email fro I called, interacted with the AI phone bot and my service advisor called back to ensure I had all my questions answered. I also received an email from the service tech with a video of how the service was progressing. I've never had that before and will be returning to Southern for any future work. More

Bought all my trucks from here dating back to 2015, has always treated me good. Had the best value in terms of all the services I could get. Staff always friendly and greet me, always provided me solid adv always treated me good. Had the best value in terms of all the services I could get. I tried to provide feedback to the service manager and general manager via email but I recieved no response. The quoted price for my work was under $400 and I ended up paying close to $600. They won’t res general manager via email but I recieved no response. The quoted price for my work was under $400 and I ended up paying close to $600. They won’t respond to answer why I wasn’t provided a proper quote and I wasnt contacted to authorize work above 10% over quote as required by law. Find somewhere else to take your vehicles.. More
