Mr. Carlos Lopez, at Lexus of Brooklyn is a great Finance Manager! I was buying a car for the first time and needed someone that was able to help explain the process. My wife and I only decided to look for a new car over the weekend. We had a higher mileage Lexus and our first stop was at Lexus of Brooklyn. We met Alex who got the car we came in to see ready for a ride. W weekend. We had a higher mileage Lexus and our first stop was at Lexus of Brooklyn. We met Alex who got the car we came in to see ready for a ride. We took a newer RX 350 out and loved it. Alex wasn’t pushy at all, genuinely wanted to make something work within our means. We decided after leaving the dealership to go forward and had the car ready 24 hours. If you are looking for a patient salesperson, and a Lexus, give Alex a call! More

My family has been dealing with alex for many years, i just recently had a problem and even though it had nothing to do with alex, i turned to him. Within a short period of time alex had the issue resolved in a proffesional and calm manner. Nobody at brooklyn lexus could help me but alex.... He is so thoughtful , calm and caring.
