As much as I now regret leasing a Cadillac, the awesome dealership team at Colonial can not be held accountable for the brand's shortcomings. I purchased a 2017 Cadillac X5 with about 40k miles on it from them less than 2 weeks ago and for whatever reason, the car behaved erratically (weird error messages about steering failure, A/C failed, Rear W from them less than 2 weeks ago and for whatever reason, the car behaved erratically (weird error messages about steering failure, A/C failed, Rear Wiper was intermittent, failed Inspection + more!) I was terrified that I had a lemon on my hands and that I was going to be stuck with it but Alex Rogers took over and made everything right! I truly appreciate this dealership's integrity and compassion for their customers. They fould me a different car (Used, Low Mileage, 2014 SRX) for a good price and I am a very happy customer. More
