Denise was wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable. I had bought new tires and had a front end alignment. They were unable to complete it due to an issue with my f Very professional and knowledgeable. I had bought new tires and had a front end alignment. They were unable to complete it due to an issue with my front driver's side tire. I brought it in for service. Had it check and was told it was fine. Went back where I got my tires and was told it was not. Had to go back to the dealer and they needed to replace the tie rod. And actually you charged me for the front end alignment that couldn't be completed in the first place. So I paid twice for a front end alignment. Not sitting well with the me More

I scheduled a diagnostic appointment for a check engine light and I thought it would be assessed the day of my appointment but the shop didn’t have time to get to it, so now it’s the weekend and the part w light and I thought it would be assessed the day of my appointment but the shop didn’t have time to get to it, so now it’s the weekend and the part won’t be delivered until Monday. I had plans to dive 2.5 hours north for a few days of vacation, but I’m not certain my car will be ready for my trip. Disappointing. I had to call late in the day to ask for an update the day of my appointment, only to find out it wasn’t even looked at. Frustrating because I don’t have a second car and I have to work. Renata is great though, she’s very personable and understanding. I enjoy interacting with her, she gets what you’re going through and does her best to help. More

As a first time customer, I was extremely pleased with my 5 star experience. Denise was very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to my questions. Purchased a XT6 Sport for my wife at Colonial , best decision as I was shopping around when I spotted this car online, it was at Colonial. We were met with professionalism, courtesy, and not typical pre decision as I was shopping around when I spotted this car online, it was at Colonial. We were met with professionalism, courtesy, and not typical pressure from car salesmen. They worked with respect and actually listened to what we wanted , then delivered painlessly and perfectly. After driving the car for a few days we noticed a factory defect in the passenger seat leather, we notified Colonial and brought the car in . It took some time as it was the manufacture but Colonial kept at it until the issue was resolved . We only buy American cars and Cadillac is the best , Colonial is unquestionably the best dealer in New England . Highly recommend this team if you are in the market for a Cadillac ! Daniel More
