Big shoutout to my salesperson Alex Ruiz — he genuinely listened to what I was looking for and put me on the right truck. No pushing me toward something just to make a sale, no trying to upsell me on things I didn't need, just an honest effort to find the truck that actually fit what I was looking for. A big thank you to Jackson Velasquez who was also great to work with throughout the process. As well as Jacob Freeman who helped make the deal happen. The whole experience was professional from start to finish. No weird feelings, no high-pressure tactics, no games. They respected what I wanted and worked with me to make it happen. The team that I dealt with was superb. After being near the dealership, I was contacted by Hugo. I told him specifically my situation and he told me he was going to try. When we decided to look at the EV vehicle he introduced us to Alex. Alex was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and answered all questions. Once Hugo realized the specific vehicle that met our needs he showed us options. He kept ensuring me and wife that we were going to make a deal. After everything was said and done, he and the rest of the team made it happen. Then steps in Moses from the finance side. He insured that I left there with the payment that I wanted, with some extras. That process was quick and still explained everything to me to the fullest. At the end Alex ensured that everything got moved over from the trade in to the new vehicle, even though there was not much time until the dealership closed, Alex still made sure that we were connected through the fordpass app. Thanks a bunch.
