The service was outstanding. However, when I called for statues of my truck the service receptionist in service would not transfer me to supervisor. The only one who could assist However, when I called for statues of my truck the service receptionist in service would not transfer me to supervisor. The only one who could assist me was the advisor who prepared work order and he was not there that day. I had to drive to dealership speak to supervisor to get status on my truck. Supervisor told me it would be ready within one hour. Why did receptionist not able to get someone to provide the statues for me. For this reason even if work performed on my truck was excellent. I will never return to this dealership nor recommend to others. More
