His demeanor and years of experience come though with each interaction. He does not waste your time, he is direct and to the point with his opinions and has great follow up skills. In today's fast-paced world, he leverages email to ensure communications are taking place even when the phone is not available. During delivery of the vehicle he had all paperwork completed in advance and had prepared a nice package for our review and signature. We were in the dealership less than 15 mins when we took delivery - we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you again Alex! More

I started researching vehicles in January as my current 10 year old car was costing me too much to run and repair. I really liked the Mercedes Benz GLK 2013 model but it were out of my price range...or so I thought!. After going to Mercedes sites I started getting contacted by all the area dealers. I was told that the bottom line for what I wanted was more than I planned on spending. That's when I was contacted by Alex. I explained the car I was interested in and what I could spend along with my trade. Alex asked me to come in and promised that he would not waste his time or mine. Driving to the dealer on my lunch hour I fully expected that we would not come to an agreement. I met Alex and explained my bottom line. I sat watching him work numbers and to my total shock, he met my price! This was the absolute most amazing experience I ever had buying a car. I didn't buy a car, I bought the car of my dreams! I'm still in shock every time I look at that beautiful vehicle. Everyone compliments me on my car and acts like I spent a fortune. I tell them go to Princeton ask for Alex, you'll be surprised what you can afford. Before I drove off Alex went through and explained all the features and the paperwork. I don't know if all Mercedes dealerships operate this way as I've only dealt with lower end cars but I tell everyone I can to "go see Alex". More

My family has been long customers with MB of Freehold and admittedly I was very skeptical before coming into MB of Princeton. Historically my family has received better pricing at Freehold. That time has admittedly I was very skeptical before coming into MB of Princeton. Historically my family has received better pricing at Freehold. That time has ended and my experience with Alex Shaparin was excellent. When I initially went to MB of Freehold we went back and forth on the pricing quite a few times. (And even after that the pricing did not beat Princeton's) Alex on the other hand was very straightforward. He put his best price upfront and did not pressure me in making a decision right away. It didn't take me long to realize that his price was the best. Overall my experience with MB of Princeton, and more specifically with Alex was an absolute pleasure. If this experience is any indication of how my next buying experience will be, i can assure MB of Princeton that they have locked in a long term client. Jeff Chan More

We needed to get a second car & test drove a few other brands, new models but didn't feel that they were worth it for the price. A friend mentioned that after going through a bad accident (not her f other brands, new models but didn't feel that they were worth it for the price. A friend mentioned that after going through a bad accident (not her fault) she said she now bought a Mercedes & maybe we should look into it due to its safety record. Knowing that we definetly couldn't afford a band new one, we looked at a certified used mercedes at a dealership closer to where we lived, My husband test drove the car & said he really liked it, it was a C-300 Sports edition. We were not really happy with that dealership & looked online & found that The Princeton location had a few 2013 available, My husband called & was transferred to Alex Shaparin, who immediately looked into the car we saw online, he called back & informed us that that vehicle had been in an accident but they had a couple others which were their loaner cars & in excellent condition. He also informed us that Mercedes had a loan for 66 months at 1.99%, which was great and affordable. We drove to Princeton the next day, about an hour away & saw the vehicle, Alex was great, the people at the showroom were nice, did not care whether we were buying a new or used car, offered us drinks etc. Alex was a great salesperson to deal with he was forthright, knew the vehicle well, allowed us to test drive it, gave us space to decide. Once we did he showed us the price list on the car & though it was a good price, we asked him to please get us a better deal, he informed us his Manager was not in & he would talk to him tomorrow morning. The next morning we got a call from Alex saying his manager agreed to give us a $1000 off, which was great. He started the paperwork, got everything quickly done & when we went to pick up the car, it had been detailed, cleaned & Alex explained the features to us, something we never expected but They gave us the car with a full tank of gas & a lovely keychain/pen set which was a very nice gesture. This was truly a wonderful dealership & it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Alex Shaparin, we will surely refer him to all our friends. Having had the car for over a month it is a great vehicle & we are extremely happy with our decision. More

I recently stopped in to the MB Dealer, which I have used for service over the past three years - in the market have a great car buying experience. I recently stopped in to the MB Dealer, which I have used for service over the past three years - in the market for a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes. I met Alex and from that initial handshake, the process was absolutely wonderful. It was a pleasure. He listened to what I wanted both in terms of a car and price-range and put together a great deal.
