I have dealt with Princeton Mercedes for many years and have always been pleased with their customer service. Tom Knoblaugh Jr got me the GLE that I wanted and the buying process was easy as well as great have always been pleased with their customer service. Nick and Brian in svc are rock stars as usual. They do anything to accommodate the car owners. Very difficult software update which was corrupt and wiped out my whole system. I had a difficult mechanical issue that required escalation within the MB engineering section. Brian McCoy was on it every step of the way.
