Bristol Toyota was an hours drive from my home. It was well worth it to make the trip. Most of my contact was initially done by phone with Alex, my sales consultant. When the vehicle arrived he set up an appointment at my convenience and arranged everything to complete the transaction in one day so I wasn’t inconvenienced by making another trip to the dealership. Nothing was rushed. I had time to test drive and fully review the vehicles features. The time I spent with the finance department was low pressure and every item was throughly explained.
