long time excellent experience i have been a customer of cityside Subaru for over 10 years...bought two used Subarus earlier and just purchased a new 2015 outback with Alexey as our i have been a customer of cityside Subaru for over 10 years...bought two used Subarus earlier and just purchased a new 2015 outback with Alexey as our salesperson. the new car purchase process was excellent and conducted without pressure...Alexey provided us with multiple test drives of different models and detailed the pros and cons of different models. while we ended up purchasing the top of the line, we never felt led to that option and would highly recommend Alexey as a representative to work with. in general, the service operation is top flight...they know me by name and provide considerate and thoughtful explanations and options of any work needed. while we considered other vehicles as new a car purchase, it was our experience with the service department which weighed heavily in our decsiion! More

For both leases, I worked with Alex Stepanov and he was attentive, informative and provided comprehensive service throughout the process. Alex also made sure that I understood everything about the car before I drove away and he followed up to make sure I love it - and I do!. I highly recommend Alex and Cityside for both sales and service and will continue to lease or purchase cars there in the future. More

Cooperative helpful staff work with your interests in mind I first visited this dealership on Sept. 26 where Alexey accompanied me as I test drove 3 vehicles. He offered to let me drive myself; as I was unfamiliar with Belmont, and had not purchased a car for 17 years, I was not secure. He was patient in explaining all the controls and gave me 3 good test drives. I was impressed with Subaru in general; but not comfortable with the Outback and Forester, which were so much bigger than my previous Ford Escort. I did not like the smaller Imprezza because of the lack of clear visibility out the back window. Two days later, I was "shopping" on line - ready to give Subaru another consideration because I did not like the other options I was turning up. I entered my ID info and Tom D'Alessandro called me. I explained that I had worked with Alex and Tom said they they work cooperatively at that dealership so I went in. I ended up buying a used Outback. Tom and Alex were both involved in the process at various points and shared the commission. Both of them (at separate times) let me know that one of the pleasures of working at CitySide is the cooperative atmosphere (and good product that sells itself). I now have a car I am totally pleased with, at a fair price, with a process that was marked by honesty, helpfulness and cooperation. I am grateful. More

An excellent new car buying experience!! This is the second Outback that we have bought from Cityside. We always use their service department which is also excellent!! We wanted to pre-orde This is the second Outback that we have bought from Cityside. We always use their service department which is also excellent!! We wanted to pre-order the new 2015 Outback. Tom made the process very simple. I told him exactly what we wanted on the car and the color that we wanted. It was a custom-made car just for us! Tom called as soon as the car arrived at Cityside and we came down to see it that day. He offered us a test drive, but we knew that we wanted the car,so we declined. We were given a reasonable price for the Outback that we traded in and a very good price on the new Outback, which is in very high demand. Tom (and Alex) spent as much time as we needed to explain everything about the car. The navigation system is quite different than our 2010 Outback and they were very patient with us, also taking time to explain the keyless ignition, back-up camera and blind side monitoring. We really appreciate the time spent with us and look forward to working with them in the future. Cityside is a great Subaru dealership with a great service department that we enjoy coming to. We would highly recommend it!!!!!! More

I recently purchased my first Subaru from Cityside. I can not say enough about how positive my experience was and how much I appreciated this. Cityside made buying a car not only easy but ENJOYABLE. They were very responsive and professional through the buying process and have made sure to check in on me since I purchased the car to see if I am still happy with it. Customer service is very important to me and I can tell it is to Cityside as well. More

We went to a few car dealers that day we went to CITY SIDE SUBARU but only with them that we didn't felt we were pressured. That day I was able to buy my new Subaru Cross Trek. We went to browse at Cityside because they are local and had good reviews online. When we got there we were given a friendly greeting & were offered help if we needed it... and then were left to browse the had good reviews online. When we got there we were given a friendly greeting & were offered help if we needed it... and then were left to browse the lot as we pleased- just what we wanted, no pressure. We then returned another day to speak w/ a sales person. Alex was fabulous- had a very informative, no-pressure approach and let us test drive w/out him in car. (Other well-reviewed dealerships were very pushy compared to Cityside.) We then returned about a week later & bought our 2013 Impreza hatchback. Alex was great throughout the entire process. Our pick-up landed on Alex's day off, so Peter helped us and made it a memorable & fun day! This is our first Subaru an dare looking forward to driving it for a long time. We plan to return to Cityside for service, etc. More
