I recently purchased my first Subaru from Cityside. I can not say enough about how positive my experience was and how much I appreciated this. Cityside made buying a car not only easy but ENJOYABLE. I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted and not feel as though I was jerked around (at all). I am very pleased with my car and with my experience so far with Cityside. They were very responsive and professional through the buying process and have made sure to check in on me since I purchased the car to see if I am still happy with it. Customer service is very important to me and I can tell it is to Cityside as well. More

We went to a few car dealers that day we went to CITY SIDE SUBARU but only with them that we didn't felt we were pressured. That day I was able to buy my new Subaru Cross Trek. Buying from this dealershi SIDE SUBARU but only with them that we didn't felt we were pressured. That day I was able to buy my new Subaru Cross Trek. Buying from this dealership was very enjoyable and not at all stressful!!! I got the car that I wanted and am very happy with it. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and relatives. We went to browse at Cityside because they are local and had good reviews online. When we got there we were given a friendly greeting & were offered help if we needed it... and then were left to browse the had good reviews online. When we got there we were given a friendly greeting & were offered help if we needed it... and then were left to browse the lot as we pleased- just what we wanted, no pressure. We then returned another day to speak w/ a sales person. Alex was fabulous- had a very informative, no-pressure approach and let us test drive w/out him in car. (Other well-reviewed dealerships were very pushy compared to Cityside.) We then returned about a week later & bought our 2013 Impreza hatchback. Alex was great throughout the entire process. Our pick-up landed on Alex's day off, so Peter helped us and made it a memorable & fun day! This is our first Subaru an dare looking forward to driving it for a long time. We plan to return to Cityside for service, etc. More
