We visited multiple Subaru dealers in the area and Mark Lidano was the first and only to respectfully walk us through the process of getting a car without any annoyances. Cityside is a great dealership, but Mark is the person who truly makes it stand out. This is our fourth Subaru and our second purchase through Mark and this one was even better than the first one over 7 years ago. He guided us in choosing the right new Forester model for us and then located that model with the color and the exact options we wanted in transit. Within days we had the Forester we had hoped for! Mark, as we expected, was once again professional, personable, friendly and exceptionally helpful. He was available when we needed him and treated us with the utmost respect while putting our needs first. Lastly, Mark always remembers our names and never forgets our birthdays. A true service professional and always a pleasure to deal with. We hope Mark will be there when we come to Cityside to purchase our next Subaru!

This was our third Subaru lease, but our first CitySide experience. Mark Lidano made it seamless for us. We were able to pick out the car and pick it up the next day without any hiccups.
