The salesman was way too pushy about adding services like maintenance plans. Once I said I didn't want anything extra it should have been dropped. They forgot to have me sign some paperwork so had to drive an Hr each way to fix their mistake. Then they were supposed to fix my trial Sirius XM. They screwed that up.
