My appointment was for 11 am and had my wife drop it off well before that. I called at 2pm if my truck was ready for pick up and was told that it had not even been taken into the shop yet for service. I had well before that. I called at 2pm if my truck was ready for pick up and was told that it had not even been taken into the shop yet for service. I had them leave it out and sent my wife to pick it up and go else where. A courtesy phone call to let me know what was going on would have been nice. More
