I really appreciated our recent experience with Alex and Grieco Honda. It was very pleasant, and Alex was very helpful and continued to provide assistance even after the sale. My wife and I bought a 2021 Grieco Honda. It was very pleasant, and Alex was very helpful and continued to provide assistance even after the sale. My wife and I bought a 2021 Honday Odyssey, and the day after purchasing it, we noticed a rattle in a sliding door. We contacted Alex on his day off, and he arranged for the vehicle to be looked at the same day. We ended up needing two service appointments, one on a Saturday morning without an appointment, to get the rattle fully addressed. That whole process was handled professionally and very courteously, and without charge. Anyone can sell a vehicle, but addressing issues after the sale is what truly impresses me. I live in upstate New York, and the next time I need to buy a vehicle, I will drive down to Rhode Island to purchase from Grieco Honda. I couldn't be more pleased. More
