Buying a car at this dealership was as painless as buying a car can be. The salesman was very accommodating and low pressure. He has an excellent knowledge of the vehicles. Next the manager noted we were the a car can be. The salesman was very accommodating and low pressure. He has an excellent knowledge of the vehicles. Next the manager noted we were there quite a while because of credit freezes etc. and brought us drinks. Nice touch. While sitting in the showroom I noticed an elderly women drive up. She was driving a newer Honda. Doubt she was looking for a new car. An employee was outside and noticed. He stopped to ask her if he could help instead of just keep walking. Apparently the woman wasn't sure if her high beam headlights were working. The employee got in her car and explained to her how to put on the high beams and had her look at the building to see they did in fact work. When she was satisfied that everything worked he had her return his instructions. She seemed to leave satisfied. Lastly we ended up with the finance person. Eck.. I can tell you our interact was A+. The person was personable and knowledgeable. After explaining the extended warranty to us we actually bought it. My husband absolutely never buys an extended warranty.
