There should be no excuse for the lack of Customer service An 8am appointment means every staff should be alert, attentive & polite to every customer who enter their doors. This wasn’t the case on Saturday as An 8am appointment means every staff should be alert, attentive & polite to every customer who enter their doors. This wasn’t the case on Saturday as Nicholas was fully engulfed into his telephone after the doors were open for business on Saturday morning. Without looking up we were told to wait for Alex. No acknowledgement, no eye to eye contact. This entire company needs training in dealing with customers as every dept has failed since we made 2 purchases at this dealership! The manager of the service dept was not convincing when this brought to his attention. If I can get out this lease early I will with a different company who knows what it means to make customers their priority. More
