Excellent experience! Every employee encountered was friendly and helpful but Alex went above and beyond. Our decision to purchase a vehicle came about suddenly so we began this process with little information. Alex answered questions clearly and promptly providing further information relevant to the topic at hand without overloading us. He showed me what I wanted to see, explained differences as we changed trim or models and not once made me feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy any car, let alone one I wasn't "sold" on. I came back more than once to compare or ask questions and even spoke to him on the phone before deciding to negotiate a sale - Alex treated both me and my husband with friendly patience each and every time. On top of that, he worked with management on our behalf to negotiate a price we were pleased with. I visited multiple other dealerships while deciding which vehicle make to purchase and Alex, by far, provided the best experience helping me to come home with a great, new car. More
