Above and Beyond Alex was very professional and explained every aspect of the recall and the length of time it would take to finish the service. He was extremely instrumental in resolving and issue with the car rental people. Once I told him of our plight he called Ashley and within 5mins they were able to get us a car. They were very sympathetic to the plight with Enterprise. It is employees like Alex and Ashley that make a business excel. To go above and beyond is what makes us Bozard customers.
