There were a few items that needed to be fixed on the car in order for it to be exactly as I wanted it and they kept up with me until the job was complete and did it all with a smile. I have never been anywhere where everyone treated you with respect. You would think having to go back to a dealership a few times for things would be aggravating but they made it so efficient and easy. Even the guys who smile at you in service area and opens the door for you. Excellent customer service! When I consider buying another car, I will consider just going there first because the service was so good and it is even a drive for me as I live in Orange Park. After asking us what we were looking for, he drove us out to the lot and started the search. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and didn't waist our time with trying to get us to get something we really didn't want. When we did not find a match on the lot, Louis said he would find us what we wanted. We sat down and talked prices, we decided that we wanted to think about things and Louis was understanding and said just let me know when you're ready! It felt great not to feel pressured. We ended up getting a the exact truck we wanted! Luis was a pleasure to work with and I thank him and Bozard for an excellent experience! More

I had my vehicle at a different dealership multiple times and the problem wasn't getting fixed. So I took it to bozard ford and literally within 5 minutes of the service manager looking at it he found the issue and showed us what the problem was. Also I dropped my truck off on a Monday afternoon and picked it up the same week Friday morning. Excellent mechanics and great service More
