When I took my 2014 Lincoln MKX in for the repair, I dealt with Marcia Nelson who took excellent care of me. Marcia Nelson arranged for my MKX to be taken offsite for repair, after it was determined to extensive for in-house repair. When I went to drop off the MKX for the repair Marcia Nelson was out sick and I was taken care of by Alex Vecerkovic. My entire experience was very pleasant. More

I am not one to ever leave reviews but my experience with this dealership was top notch start to finish so it is an honor to do what I can to help. Long story, I purchased a used vehicle that was very clean and ready for me to test drive, Dave P helped get a great value for my trade-in and also lock down the price I needed for my payments, AJ in financing was absolutely perfect, quick and hilarious. I was in and out of there with a new car in less than 2 hours which I was very pleased with. I had to have a few very minor service items addressed and they were quick to schedule an appointment and line up a rental for me and accommodate my busy schedule and correct the problems the very next day. Alex in service kept in contact with me the entire time and Sonya at the Quick Lane shop was very helpful and friendly. We went in for tires, a slow starting issue and a safety check. Thank goodness we did. The slow start was a product of a broken fuel pump connection leaking a significant amount of gas from the bottom of the vehicle. The Staff ( Jeff Sparks & Alex Vecerkovic) was very considerate and professional. The mechanic assigned to perform the work did an amazing job. All of the staff we worked with are a tribute to Ed Roberts. We were at a crossroad when it came to getting it fixed or selling it. The vehicle was in great shape otherwise and we are very glad that we chose to get the repairs. It feels and drives like a new truck now. More
