bad service manager my car was in a accident and was in the body shop for 2 months when I received it back it was barley running so it was towed to bozard to be looked at my car was in a accident and was in the body shop for 2 months when I received it back it was barley running so it was towed to bozard to be looked at. the computer said it was misfiring on 2 cylinders. bozard told my ins. company it was due to maintenance. my car was running just fine when it was struck by another in the left front at about 40mph. due to the service manager saying it was due to maintenance my ins. company would not pay anything to fix the motor problems. when I went in to confront the service manager all he wanted to do was argue that its most likely maintenance but not 100%. i wanted him to admit that what he told the ins. company was not the truth and that it could have been something from the accident, but he would not. and after a few minutes of chatting the service writer got all upset and jumped up and got in my face and wanted to take me outside and fight. i told them to just let me pay for the computer check so i could leave and when i received the survey in the mail i would give them a bad wright up. that made them very upset and told me there would be no charge. still to this day i have never received a survey in the mail. that's one way to make sure your #1 customer rated ford dealer. i had the motor looked at and fixed at another shop and had to pay for it out of my pocket .. $652. thanks for all the help bozard. More

Happy customer I dropped my car off on the 23 of June, Alek and Marcia were anxiously waiting to help me. Marcia took care of most of my paperwork with me while Alek I dropped my car off on the 23 of June, Alek and Marcia were anxiously waiting to help me. Marcia took care of most of my paperwork with me while Alek evaluated any prior damage to my vehicle. I was in and out in a jiff. The following day I picked up my car, again a fast in and out trip that left me smiling. Kudos! More

She took me back to meet Mechanic as had odd event with part for convertible top and see suspension parts. Marcia advised she would be off rest of week but I would be taken care of by Jeff and Alex. Many delays and very slow process with extended warranty company, but Bozard employees were great and knew just how to handle. It took several days dealing with warranty approvals and mechanic was on hold waiting for their inspection, etc. but everyone stayed on top of process and assured me this was normal process with outside companies having to provide approval. Everyone I met was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I also have 2013 Lincoln MKX and will continue to drive from Jax to Bozard for service in the future. More

Recall The main purpose of this visit was for the Ford recall for my 2013 Escape. Alex did a great job of scheduling this work and making sure an appropri The main purpose of this visit was for the Ford recall for my 2013 Escape. Alex did a great job of scheduling this work and making sure an appropriate rental vehicle was available as I am handicapped. They also did the 20K service while our car was in for the recall. Last but not least, the car was cleaned inside and out and looked like a brand new vehicle and this required extra effort by the team as I have a handicap scooter lift on the back of vehicle, so they couldn't just run it through the car wash. In conclusion I was very happy with the service experience at Bozard Ford and would highly recommend this dealership for all your service needs. More

Clutch assembly replacement 2013 Focus Alek was very supportive of the rough shifting and rough idling because of the clutch. He contacted Ford and the parts were ordered. When the car was not ready that day he arranged for a loaner until the car repair was completed, Alek is a credit to Bozard Ford, as excellent service is a factor when a car purchase is made.
