Alek Vecerkovic Alek was so kind and courteous. He listened to everything I had to say and explained the problem to me. My tire pressure fault light was on. It happ Alek was so kind and courteous. He listened to everything I had to say and explained the problem to me. My tire pressure fault light was on. It happened before and I took the car to the Quick Lube and they adjusted the air. At that time it just said tire pressure. When I spoke to Alek he asked if the tire pressure fault light was on. I told him I didn't think so. After speaking with him I went out and drove my Escape up and down the street. When I called him back he assured me that it was "SAFE" to drive and made an appointment for it to be seen.
