I was sure that I would need new pads on the front at a minimum. To my surprise, Piper called me back and told me that the brakes were fine and had plenty of life left. She also looked at my ABS light and gave me a quote on the amount it would be to fix. It's a relief to go to a dealership to get your vehicle worked on and not feel liked your getting jerked around or ripped off. Bozard Ford is not to closest dealership to my house in Jacksonville, but coincidentally, my truck has been there for service twice this year (Alex helped me the first time).. Both times have been great experiences. This is the dealership I will go to first when I'm ready to buy another vehicle...you've earned my business. More
