I arrived on time, gave my information to the service desk and relaxed with a cup of coffee, a I made an appointment for an oil change and car wash. A short time later they notified me that my rear brakes and rotors (or something) were rusty and needed to be replaced. My car had been flooded in the hurricane. The service person explained that I had some credits to apply to the job, so we decided to go ahead and do it. I spent an hour or so on the computer and my car was done. All went smoothly. Everyone at Bozard was easy to work with. My car is happy and I'm happy too. Thank you! More

Once there Alex the service writer took care of everything from scheduling my appointment to making arrangements for my rental car. He was prompt on updating the progress of work performed on my transmission. He communicated with my warranty company and saw to it they covered all of the issues they found with my truck.
