This dealer will not honor their own “we owe” for products that our brand new vehicle was missing. The management is rude and just hangs up the phone when you catch them in a lie. They did some work on my truck and when i picked it up, the truck had a loud tick. Ended up that the tech replaced sparkplug and never connected the spark plug wire on 2 cylinders the truck had a loud tick.
