We had been looking to purchase a 2023 Kia Sportage Prestige Hybrid. Went to another dealership that did not have any on the lot and we were told that we would have to wait months for one to arrive. Hopped online and saw that Destination had Prestige models on the lot. Even though those vehicles turned out to be in the process of being sold, Alex, got on his computer, saw that one would be arriving in a month, and clicked to hold it for us. It actually showed up two weeks later. In between, Alex checked in via text and phone to update us and answer any questions we had. Throughout the entire process, he listened to what we said, asked questions based on what we said, and never applied any pressure to spend more or add on options (the stuff that many of us have felt at one time or another). On the big day, we got to the dealership and though it was the last day of the month and very busy, the process went very smoothly. Alex took time to go out to the vehicle and explain again in detail most of the equipment and safety features. Alex then made sure to see us out to the car and do a last-minute check-through with us to make sure we were happy. We were. We drove away very happy in a new Kia Sportage and would come back again when a vehicle need arises. Hopefully, Alex is there to answer the call. PS: We recommended Alex to our son and daughter-in-law who then bought a Telluride from him. More

I was interested in replacing my current vehicle and stopped by just to see what a comparable vehicle would be. I explained that I was just looking at vehicles and he provided me with an abundance of information and was by no means acting like a typical salesman. He was extremely friendly and willing to provide the assistance that I needed, and I asked for a business card in case I needed more information. My original plan was to drive to Arkansas to visit family and purchase a vehicle down there. Unfortunately, they did not have any vehicles available at the time that I was going to be there. I drove back to Destination Kia and asked for Juan. We discussed the availability of the car that I was looking for, and I was told that it would be in the following week. We completed the necessary paperwork for the sale and I had mentioned my interest in getting the vehicle undercoated. I was told that the Ziebart company was just down the road and the dealership would take care of all of the arrangements to get it under coded for me. Picking up the car was a flawless experience it was suggested that I consider purchasing Gap coverage in case anything happened during the time that I was paying by loan off. I also chose to get the Kia extended coverage which would extend the amount of mileage from the base mileage. In summary, I had a flawless experience at the dealership and will recommend it to my friends. It is also important to note that the Kia Forte that I purchased is quite simply, the best vehicle I have ever owned. I am especially please with the transmission in addition to the other features. I will also recommend this vehicle to my friends. More

Very good personality, helped me through the issuance process all the way through setting up my Apple car play. If you need a car, go to Kia and ask for Alex. After Alex you meet the finance manager Adam who is equally as personable and knowledgeable and helped me with any questions I had. Adam was sure to help me out and get me any deals possible. This Kia dealer also has DMV on site which makes getting your car beyond easy. I would definitely come here again More
