I recently purchased a 2023 kia sportage hybrid! Today while driving near my home the left instrument cluster started flashing red and an alarm rang! I explained what had happened and a service tech suposedly checked with a manager who was supposed to call me back! After numerous attempts to talk with someone i got a friend to help me push it to my house- he got it on a flatbed trailer! Its now at my house and after 3 hrs i still have not heard from anyone, even aftetr repeated attempts to talk to someone! Darn poor service! Think twice before you buy here! Postscript- its the next day and I still haven’t heard from anyone! More

Contacted Alex Batko via DealerRater and he reached out via email almost immediately. Discussed what i had in mind and while the initial car i inquired about had been sold, he gave me the heads up on the via email almost immediately. Discussed what i had in mind and while the initial car i inquired about had been sold, he gave me the heads up on the new inventory coming in shortly. Sat down with him a day or two after initial contact to crunch numbers and secure something in transit, and less than two weeks later i drove off the lot with it. Adam in Finance was great as well as he secured both a favorable loan term and interest rate for me. Overall would definitely recommend dealing with them there as the process went smooth and quickly. More
