The order was built incorrectly and rather than being customer service oriented and keeping the customer taken care of the dealership placed all of The order was built incorrectly and rather than being customer service oriented and keeping the customer taken care of the dealership placed all of the blame on ford (not my problem) then because they were not going to make any money the trade value was undervalued so they could regain losses. I DO NOT recommend what so ever! More
