DO NOT GO THERE. To make a long story short... the pickup that was purchased had 2 remotes. We were told that prior to test driving it. 2 days later it was taken for To make a long story short... the pickup that was purchased had 2 remotes. We were told that prior to test driving it. 2 days later it was taken for a test drive with the salesman and at that time he also said there are 2 remotes. After the deal was made, we came back the following day with the check and low and behold, we only received one remote. I believe since they couldn't get us to come up a little on purchase price, they kept the remote to make up some of the cost. Part 2. As part of the deal, they were to fix a chip in the windshield. I have called Corwin Collision 3 times and do you think anyone is available or will call back? guess not. Part 3. No financing was needed so the dealership lost out on that as well; Another reason to throw the customer to the curb. Never again will I go there or ever recommend anybody going there. Terrible customer service. Should have read more reviews first. Seems there are many horror stories. THIS IS STRICTLY MY POINT OF VIEW AND NO ONE ELSE INVOLVED More
