I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to inspect for a recall on wheel studs. I also asked to diagnose airbag warning lite. After 3 days I finally called to find the status of my truck. I was informed not recall on wheel studs. I also asked to diagnose airbag warning lite. After 3 days I finally called to find the status of my truck. I was informed nothing had been done because you were waiting for a diesel mechanic to come available. REALLY! Neither of these items have any thing to do with this being a diesel or not. I was told it would be Friday before anyone looked at it. My appointment was Monday. I was not informed of this at the time of drop off or I would not have left it. On top of that the work order was pushed in front of me and told sign in 2 places. No explanation that I was authorizing $1000.00 of work. Extremely poor communication. I have been in business for over forty years. I always make it clear to all my customers what the cost of repairs are prior to the work. More

Not only did my keep sit there for 3 weeks waiting on parts and wrong parts this was the 2nd time it was there for the same reason. I was told I could not have a rental and then after last week I got a r parts and wrong parts this was the 2nd time it was there for the same reason. I got a call last week about a recall; I set an appointment up for 19, 2023, two days ago. What can I say, as much as it feels like a hassle taking care of these things, the guys there truly un appointment up for 19, 2023, two days ago. What can I say, as much as it feels like a hassle taking care of these things, the guys there truly understand that and do their best to accommodate you what ever the circumstance may be! Best part about this visit, I had a part on back order that I asked one of the reps about while waiting and they went ahead and installed that part for me as it was already being worked on without me knowing, so when I got the vehicle back it was the cherry on top as they say, very pleasant surprise and I really appreciated it.
