I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to inspect for a recall on wheel studs. I also asked to diagnose airbag warning lite. After 3 days I finally called to find the status of my truck. I was informed nothing had been done because you were waiting for a diesel mechanic to come available. REALLY! Neither of these items have any thing to do with this being a diesel or not. I was told it would be Friday before anyone looked at it. My appointment was Monday. I was not informed of this at the time of drop off or I would not have left it. On top of that the work order was pushed in front of me and told sign in 2 places. No explanation that I was authorizing $1000.00 of work. Extremely poor communication. I have been in business for over forty years. I always make it clear to all my customers what the cost of repairs are prior to the work. More

Not only did my keep sit there for 3 weeks waiting on parts and wrong parts this was the 2nd time it was there for the same reason.
