I have been in sales for a long time, and I was prepared to go through all of the trip falls of the sales process, but Alexander had a very comforting soft sell approached! He answered all my questions, offered his opinion when he thought it usefull, and in doing so allowed me to use my research to make an educated decision. It didn't end at the sale either, I am here at the dealership now writing this, because after leaving here with my car last week, I noticed two small scratches that we didn't see when inspecting the car. I called moments after leaving last week, and Alexander scheduled a time for me to come in, and let him take care of it. I was dreading stepping foot on a dealership last week, and now I could not be more pleased. I recommend doing your research, and then come in and see Alexander Jacobson!!! More

Great overall experience I did an email price comparison when shopping for a new Honda. When we drove on the lot, we had no intention of buying any vehicle that day (this was about our 6th car lot visit in a two week period.) Alexander Jacobson greeted us with a huge smile and great personality. All he ever asked was for us to give him a chance. OK. Including looking at our vehicle, a couple of trips to see his boss plus one hour, we got our new car for OUR price. Am I happy...OH YEAH!! Between Alexander and Vinnie Ferrone, our Finance Guy, what a great experience in car buying...CAR BUYING AND GREAT EXPERIENCE...WHEN HAVE YOU EVER HEARD THAT?!?!?!?!? Thanks guys and we wish you the best in your career. We highly recommend Alexander Jacobson and Vinnie Ferrone for a great experience. THANKS GUYS!!!!!!! You deserve a six at least out of five. More

I was on the lookout for a new car (Honda or Toyota) for a few months. Prior to this, Henry would occassionally send me emails with any specials as well as call me on the phone for the past few months. Jun 6 email was different and a timely intervention of sorts as I had plans to go to the Toyota dealership on Jun 7 due to a great deal a friend of mine got for his Avalon. I also have had 2 extremely bad car buying experience at 2 other Honda dealerships in the past from a different state, so I was very sceptical and paranoid about this. Henry put me in touch with the manager Carl Salyer. Carl and I had a good professional chat over phone on Jun 7. I immediately went to the dealership and did not know what to expect. The staff were wonderful. Carl greeted me and my family and got us in touch with the sales person, Alex Jacobson. I explained to Alex my previous buying experience. Alex, like the rest was a professional and ethical person. He went above and beyond to get us the car with the correct options we were on the lookout for. I also developed a wonderful professional working relationship with Alex. The price was also good. Alex worked with Carl to get me a good price for my 11-yr old Honda Civic which had little to no issues other than cosmetic stuff. It was funny that I played the sales agent with Alex to get a good trade-in value for my car and I could see that the staff were committed to providing the customer with a wonderful end to end buying experience!! Overall I would rate the experience as the best so far and kudos to Alex and the team! If you are in the market for a new Honda, I would highly recommend working with these gentlemen! He was patient and never cross whenever I called; and I called at least once everyday until I bought the car. Luigi worked extremely hard to help me get the financing I needed. He brought a smile to my face when things didn't look so good. Truly, I can't say enough good things about Autopark Honda.
