I decided a Mini was going to be my next car, as it is a similar size and is still a hatchback (but is decidedly cuter). Alexandra “Sasha” helped me find and select just what I wanted and needed (actually persuaded me not to go for unnecessary accessories), was communicative and kept me informed at every step. The best part was him DELIVERING OUR MINI TO OUR HOUSE when we were too busy to come in and pick it up. Outstanding service, and a memorable experience that was the merry on top of a very wonderful experience. (I know, it's just a car... but...) Bravo!! We did our research and decided on the MINI model that we are getting prior to setting up an appointment with the dealership. Sasha, our sales agent, cheerfully assisted us on navigating thru the different buying options/considerations for our first MINI Cooper. We were very satisfied with the deal that we got at MINI of Manhattan, in contrast with the other dealerships that we experienced previously like the one in a New Jersey dealership where: 1. we had to decipher all the fees that were charged to us in the final sale document 2. had to wait and come back to pickup the new plates for several days 3. after getting the car had to pay and have the car inspected for the emission sticker 4. had to call the dealership several times because they forgot to give us the car and warranty manuals. With the help of Sasha, we didn't have to do all of these - it was all completed for us while we were there and the car was ready to go that same day. It's very easy for Sasha to sell the product because he believed in the product - he's been driving a MINI for many years and we can't blame him because it's a very pretty vehicle with solid design and engineering ! More

One time, the phone in his office rang while I was there in front of him and he did not pick up, showing me that I was more important (sadly to say, this is the first time that has happened to me. I have had people pick up the phone and apologize afterwards). I did a test drive and I felt how it felt to own a Mini Coop. Alexander was extremely knowledgeable and shares his knowledge to help you see what it is like to own or lease the mini cooper. He lets you know all your options and is true to his word. I went back with my best friend and we received the same kind treatment from Alexander. He is a pleasure to test drive a car with :). More
