Fraud, dirty game, unprofessional Im very disappointed with potamkin hyundai management because on September 15 i bought a 2017 elantra and the "bank" requested 700 for down deposit an Im very disappointed with potamkin hyundai management because on September 15 i bought a 2017 elantra and the "bank" requested 700 for down deposit and i did pay it...while signing the paperwork, i told the finance manager, that the last time i bought a car here (which was in dec 2015, sonata 2016) a month after the purchase i got a call from one of the managers saying that i needed to pay 2000 or they would tow my car away...i went over to the dealer and the manager said that the "bank" needed 2000 or the deal couldnt be done...i was so stupid that i payed for it because i had already made plans with the car.....NOW THIS TIME, for the elantra i told the girl, that LETS HOPE THIS TIME IN A MONTH FROM NOW, YOU GUYS DONT CALL ME REQUESTING MORE MONEY BECAUSE THE BANKS NEEDS MORE...sophia said...no that wont happen, it shouldnt happen.... WELL IT DID HAPPEN, the dealer waited until the 15 of october to let me know that the deal wasnt approved because the bank needs more money...i said thats BS. You guys are not going to catch me twice, you are playing a dirty game here and probably im not the only customer going through this. I was infuriated...i went to the office and spoke to the general manager and told.him to cancel everything and that i needed my money back, my deposit.. Im not happy with potamkin hyundai..last time will buy or lease there... More
