Everything went wrong when PK promised to have a check for selling my car to Goury Honda. Was advised that signing a document would release liability of me or the financial owner from having to obtain the pink slip. This was not true and the dealer failed to advise that a notary will need to *also* need to be done. They attempted to make me pay for this although they did not follow procedure. Spent time and money driving over 250 miles to obtain a signature. When handing the signed document to a Goudy Manager (Art), denied the check. After trying to explain Art did absolutely nothing and dismissed my confrnes by stating I can wait for my sales rep. Once I began to explain, *again* to my sales rep how dissatisfied I am with the lying, Art tried coming over to understand. Very disrespectful because I tried explaining before and he did not care. His interjection into the conversation between the sales rep and myself completely ruined any relationship the sales rep could have done to rectify the issue. He solely ruined this experience by stating, "Well, I can just return the car." It is a shame we spent three (3) days dealing with Goudy. Art is disrespectful and should be trained in dealing with customers. He seems to believe that because he is a manager he can be rude. More
