Alfonso went way above and beyond what I would ever expect from a car dealership. I went in nervous because I had such a sad budget as a graduate student but he was so nice, patient and optimistic. I left with a car way better than what I would have dared hope for and I’m soooo happy!! Really really thank you guys so much. Goudy Honda. .. What can I say? Our experience was pleasant. Alfonso honored the internet prices for the used vehicle inventory so we went for a 2019 Odyssey Touri .. What can I say? Our experience was pleasant. Alfonso honored the internet prices for the used vehicle inventory so we went for a 2019 Odyssey Touring. Alfonso also made sure the vehicle was cleaned before we could take it off the lot. Also financing was good. We had a trade-in and their offer was much better than two other dealers. Tustin Buick GMC and AutoNation Toyota of Irvine offered way below KBB. Also Tustin Buick GMC "tried" to tack on alarm and lo-jack fees on top of the internet used pricing. We are happy with our purchase as it was also certified pre-owned Honda. More
