But we received a call from LUZ she said she was the office manager the next day Sunday stating they were having a sale and would guarantee if we came in which was a 45 min drive that they would make the deal happen and we would have a car today she LIED nothing had changed except the plans we canceled to have dinner with our family. Due to what LuZ told us over the phone. We asked to speak with her and she denied she ever told us that! This is a horrible way to get customers in!!!! We were so disappointed we will never go back! More
