When you provide a price for oil change, you should mention to the customer that there is $9 for disposing of the old oil. The manager there, his name is Alfredo, he was very unprofessional, and a real mention to the customer that there is $9 for disposing of the old oil. The manager there, his name is Alfredo, he was very unprofessional, and a real jerk, he used profanity with me. I argued that the $9 should have been mentioned in advance, but it was not. He literally pushed me out with hands. I will never ever ever again go back to Westborough Toyota for anything, and I will never recommend the service to anyone because of Alfredo. More
