Alfredo is always friendly, helpful and professional. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation using a coupon from another Toyota Dealership. Very disappointed with the service and the management team John Dowden (GM). Ridiculous, pathetic and no leadership skills. Lack of ownership, lack of accountability.
