The sales team as well as the finance team is very knowledgeable and helpful during the buying process. Where this dealership lacks is communication. As part of a deal in my sale, they were going to r knowledgeable and helpful during the buying process. Where this dealership lacks is communication. As part of a deal in my sale, they were going to replace the bumper- I bought the car on a Wednesday and they told me it would ready by Tuesday. Totally okay. Tuesday I call and ask if they have any updates on when my car would be ready/delivered. The response I got was “I’ll find out and call you back.” I never got another reply Tuesday with an update. Then I called Wednesday only to receive the same response. Finally on Thursday they tell me that my car is ready. If you are going to get any work done on your vehicle at this dealership they will not communicate with you about any changes/updates/etc with your car. It was definitely the worst part of the entire process. More

My wife and I came to Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw and met with Alfredo Ospina. Alfredo was incredible, knew the vehicle inside and out, not pushing but consultative.
