Dealership service department didn’t find the source of my discharge battery replaced battery. Picked car up after hours still same problem. Returned next morning received call later stating the water pump my discharge battery replaced battery. Picked car up after hours still same problem. Returned next morning received call later stating the water pump needed to be replaced. If car was diagnosed properly the first time the water pump could been replaced a saved $ on batterie. Took car to another specialist. Money wasted on battery not needed. The service department technicians are not up to the old BMW technicians. Really needs some new of more trained technicians. More

BMW of Meridian has always put my needs in my car first. I’ve had a few problems along the way. They afforded me a rental car because down time is money in my line of work. Also, they checked on my tires ea I’ve had a few problems along the way. They afforded me a rental car because down time is money in my line of work. Also, they checked on my tires each time I take my car in for service. When I come to pick up my car they let me know how much tire I had left. I also checked other places for the cost of a new set of tires because my husband asked me to. Just as we both thought, our local BMW had the best price. I picked up my car which was fixed, with new tires, and a complete clean up. I am so pleased each time I go in to have service in my BMW. Which keeps me checking on other updated cars there.
