I live almost 3 hours away in Louisiana. I contacted the parts dept and was so fortunate to speak with Algin Bell parts manager. We were looking for ion lithium battery for my 2020 BMW x 5. I contacted the parts dept and was so fortunate to speak with Algin Bell parts manager. We were looking for ion lithium battery for my 2020 BMW x 5. He was so helpful, professional, and a man of his word. When we arrived to the service and parts dept everyone was so kind and helpful. We did not wait long to have battery installed. Just overall extremely pleased with this experience. I was also fortunate enough to put a face with a name(Algin). What a great guy and asked us to contact him if we ever had any parts needs. Your BMW team is great! Thanks again to Algin for going above and beyond for us! We have 3 BMW in the family currently and we plan on making another trip in the future to see if we can purchase our next BMWs from this team! More
